Marcus Whitman Hotel Booking

Once you complete your registration for the conference, you will receive an exclusive discount code and instructions to book your room at the Marcus Whitman hotel at our negotiated conference rate of $199 per night (plus applicable fees and taxes.)

The 50/30 Flash Promotion offers the first 50 people that register for both the upcoming District Foundation Dinner (October 15, 2026, featuring RI President-Elect Larry Lunsford) and the 2027 District Conference to receive a $30 rebate on one Rotarian full conference registration. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations & Refund Policy

Please note that this conference enforces a strict no-refund policy; all registrations are final, and no exceptions can be made for cancellations or no-shows. To protect your investment against the unexpected, attendees are highly encouraged to opt into Purchase Protection at the time of registration.

This optional coverage, available at checkout through our registration platform, RegFox, provides a 100% refund of your registration fees, taxes, and dues if an unforeseen circumstance—such as sudden illness, injury, or travel interruption—prevents you from attending.

Please note that Purchase Protection must be selected and paid for during the initial registration process and cannot be added after your transaction is complete. All covered claims and payouts are managed independently and directly through Purchase Protection.

Registration Transfers & Hotel Policy

If you cannot attend, you may transfer your registration to another Rotarian by emailing info@igniterotary.com; you are responsible for collecting any reimbursement from the transferee. Please note that hotel rooms at the Marcus Whitman cannot be transferred directly by you, as the room block is managed exclusively by the Ignite conference.

Hotel Booking Policy

Hotel Accommodations & Booking Policy

The Ignite 2027 conference has secured a block of rooms at The Marcus Whitman hotel at a special discounted conference rate of $199 per night, plus applicable fees and taxes. These rooms are under the strict control of the Ignite conference and are strictly non-transferable. Upon completing your conference registration, you will receive an exclusive discount code to use when booking your room. To ensure these negotiated rates are reserved solely for our participants, the conference committee regularly cross-references hotel bookings with the registration roster; any hotel reservation made without a corresponding paid conference registration will be automatically cancelled. Please do not share your exclusive hotel discount code with others.

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to Rotary District 5030. The personal data you share will be used exclusively for official Rotary business and to facilitate and enhance your experience at the District Conference, in alignment with Rotary's Privacy Policy (rotary.org/privacy). Personal data provided during registration may be securely shared with trusted conference service providers strictly for event logistics, such as printing name badges; any data handled by these providers is subject to their respective privacy policies. You may receive important updates, sponsor highlights, and event-related information via email. You can object to the use of your email address for these communications at any time by sending your request to info@igniterotary.com.

Photography & Recording Release

By registering for and attending the Rotary District 5030 Conference and any of its affiliated events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, and recorded by still photography, audio, interview, or video. Rotary District 5030 may use these recordings on its website, in publications, and on social media to promote, market, and document the event. By participating, you grant Rotary District 5030 a perpetual, royalty-free right to use, display, distribute, and broadcast your image, voice, name, and likeness for promotional and educational purposes, without incurring any liability or financial obligation to you.
