The Race to Walla Walla is On!
The starting gun has fired for the return of the "Bring Your Club" Incentive Race!
We’ve leveled the track, so every club has a shot at the podium. This isn't a race of raw numbers—it’s a high-velocity sprint based entirely on the percentage of your total membership that registers for the District Conference in Walla Walla.
Whether your club has 12 members or 80, you are starting from the exact same blocks. Connect, rally, and sprint to register together!
The Prize: A $1,000 Boost for Your Foundation
We are awarding three $1,000 cash prizes—one for the champion of each club size division. The winning funds will be deposited directly into the winning clubs' 501(c)(3) foundations to fully seed or supercharge your next local or international service project.
The Racing Divisions & Targets
To ensure fair competition, clubs will compete alongside peers in their own weight class. While the single highest percentage in each division takes home the $1,000 grand prize, we have set Pace Targets to help you track your progress. Hit your target tier to push your club into the official "Winning Zone!"
Strategy: Why It’s All About the Team Pace
In this race, individual speed doesn't win it—team synchronization does.

For a Large Club of 80 members, setting a strong 25% Pace means getting 20 members to Walla Walla. That is a massive powerhouse effort that puts you right in line for the trophy.

For a Medium Club of 40 members, maintaining a steady 35% Pace means rallying 14 members to hit the track. This balanced, coordinated team effort places you directly in contention for the podium.

For a Small Club of 12 members, a quick surge of just 5 people registered instantly vaults you past 40%, putting your club on the fast track to the 65%+ Checkered Flag.

The Race Rules

The Metric: Total number of registered club members divided by your official club roster count as of July 1. Whichever club gets to the winning zone first in its division gets the prize.

The Final Lap (Deadline): All registrations must be finalized by [Insert Date, e.g., March 15, 2027] to count toward your club’s final standing.

Eligible Runners: All active club members who register for the full conference package.
